Our Pee Wee class introduces young martial artists to the basics of Universal Kempo Karate in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Through age-appropriate drills, students develop focus, balance, and coordination while learning essential life values like modesty, courtesy, and perseverance. Each class also builds self-esteem and confidence through positive reinforcement and character development. Children are taught vital Stranger Danger awareness to help them stay safe in everyday life. This class lays the foundation for a lifetime of learning, respect, and personal empowerment. 

The Junior class empowers students to grow physically and mentally through structured training in Universal Kempo Karate. Students refine their strikes, blocks, forms, and self-defense skills while deepening their understanding of the Five Principles of Black Belt Excellence: modesty, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, and courage. The class also builds self-esteem and confidence through personal achievement and positive reinforcement. Stranger Danger awareness and basic safety strategies are included to equip students with real-world protective skills. This class promotes focus and respect, helping students become strong leaders both on and off the mat. 

Our Family Class brings all ages together on the mat, allowing parents and children to train side by side in Universal Kempo Karate. This unique experience fosters teamwork, mutual respect, and shared growth, while reinforcing the Black Belt Principles of integrity, perseverance, and indomitable spirit.
The class incorporates real-life scenario self-defense, including grab escapes, striking defense, and age-appropriate responses to physical threats and emergencies. Through positive reinforcement and cooperative training, students of all ages build self-esteem, confidence, and awareness—creating a stronger family bond while developing valuable life skills. Everyone learns and grows together in a safe, encouraging environment. 

The Adult Class offers dynamic training in Universal Kempo Karate, blending powerful techniques with real-life scenario self-defense and full-body conditioning. Students sharpen their skills through structured drills, sparring, and forms while cultivating mental discipline through the Black Belt Principles of courage, integrity, and indomitable spirit.
This class focuses on practical self-defense situations including grabs and holds, multiple attacker defense, weapon threats, and verbal de-escalation strategies. Alongside physical skill, students develop greater self-esteem, confidence, and situational awareness—empowering them to respond with control and strength both in the school and in everyday life. Whether you're just starting out or advancing your training, this class helps you become stronger, safer, and more self-assured. 

The Advanced Juniors class challenges committed students to elevate their skills in Universal Kempo Karate through advanced techniques, forms, and sparring. Emphasis is placed on leadership, discipline, and deeper understanding of the Black Belt Principles, especially modesty, perseverance, and courage.
Students engage in real-life scenario self-defense training, including grab releases, situational awareness, and strategic response to physical threats—preparing them not just for belt testing but for real-world situations. Through this process, students build lasting self-esteem, confidence, and the mindset of a future leader—on the mat and beyond. 

Perfect for new students of all ages, the Introductory Class offers a friendly and supportive introduction to Universal Kempo Karate. Students learn basic stances, strikes, and blocks while gaining confidence, focus, and discipline. Rooted in the Black Belt Principles—especially modesty, courtesy, and courage—this class lays a strong foundation for future martial arts growth in a safe, structured environment.
